Rose Laddu~with inner sphere of crunchy walnut chocolate filled with juicy Gulkand

Servings: 20-24 Laddus
Ingredients:
         1) California walnuts-            1/2cup 
         2) Cashew paste-                       1cup
         3) Pistachio chopped -          1/4cup
         4) Khoya-                                     1cup
         5) Condensed milk-                   80ml
         6) Sugar-                                 1/3cup
         7) Red rose emulation-        1/8 tbsp
         8) Gulkand-                              1/2cup
         9) White chocolate-                1/2cup
Method:
Walnut chocolate inner spherical crunchy shell:
           1) Toast walnuts lightly on 120° in oven.
           2) As it cools, crush it roughly
           2) Take a bowl, Melt white chocolate in oven on 180° by 30sec-30sec interval
           3) Take 2cm diameter hemispherical chocolate moulds.
          4) Add melted chocolate into it and remove excess chocolate by doing mould upside down.
          5) Now add crushed walnuts into it. Make sure hemispherical shell should be hollow.
          6) Keep it aside to set these shells
          7) Our walnut chocolate shells are ready 
Mixture of Rose Laddus:
         1) Take a non stick pan. On low to medium flame add cashew paste to it. 
         2) Saute it continuesly until paste get smoother and start leaving the pan and slightly change in colour.
         3) Now add khoya to it, mix nicely, saute it till both get combined and again starts to leave the pan as khoya separate it's own fat
        4) This is the right time to add sugar into it.mix well.
        5) As sugar disappears add condensed milk to it.
        6) Stir it continuesly for 4-5mins
        7) Now. Add rose emulation into it and mix well. Off the flame.
        8) Cool it completely. Add chopped pistachio in it. Our laddu dough/mixture is ready.
Final step:
        1) Make approximate 4cm outer diameter and 2cm inner diameter hollow hemispheres of our dough/mixture
       2) Place walnut chocolate crunchy hollow hemispheres in it.
       3) Fill hollow shell with gulkand.
       4) Place one on one same hemispheres to form whole spherical laddu.
       5) Roll gently , by doing so our spheres will realise some sticky moisture of it then coat Balls with the Dried Rose Petals.
      6) Our Rose Laddu
