Lentil Rice / Dal khichadi
For
Rice 1cup 
Toor dal 1/2cup 
Moong dal 1/2cup
Use-
Water 5cup
.

Ingredients:
1)Oil- 3tbspo
2)Onion- 1big sliced
3)Tomato- 1roughly chopped
4)Ginger -1/2tbsp chopped and crushed
5)Green chillies crushed 1-2 (depending upon hotness)
6)Hing 1/4tsp
7)Corriender seeds 1/4tbsp
8)cumin seed  1/4tbsp
9)mustered seeds 1/4tbsp
10)Bay leaf 1
11)Curry leaves 8-10
12)Red chillies 2
13)Lemon juice 1tbsp
14)Red chilli powder 1/2tbsp
15)Corriender powder 1tbsp
16)Haldi 1/2tbsp
17)Seasoning:
Black pepper powder and salt as per test.

Method:
1)In cooker add oil...Now add 
Bay leaf, cumin seed , mustered seeds, coriander seeds let them crackle..
2)now add curry leaves, crushed green chilly, and ginger to it...saute well and add onions.
3)Let onions to get translucent in texture add some salt on it to caramalise more...
4)now add Ginger to it...mix well for 1min
5)and add tomatoes to it ...till oil gets seperated from mixture.
6)now add all the powders...like , haldi, corriender powder, red chilli powder , black paper powder
7)roast it nicely for 2-3mins.
8)now add lemon juice and some corriender leaves..mix well.
9) Now add nicely washed rice and all the lentils ( Rice-short grain)
10)add water
11) get 5 whistles

And done...

~If you want to have little more spice and flavour you can temper it /tadka with following ingredients...!

1)Oil 2Tbsp
2)Mustered seeds 1/4 tbsp
3)Crushed corriender seed 1/4tbsp 
4)Crushed sauf 1/4tbsp
5)Whole Red chilli 
6)Chopped garlic  2cloves 
7)Corriender leave steams 1/2spoon
8)Kasoori methi 2pinch crushed

9)Red chilli powder 1/4 tbsp
.
Method :
1)Take tadka pan..
2)Heat up the oil ..
3)slow the flame ..
3)add all the ingredients one 
By one as per the above order...till garlic..let garlic saute for min.
4)off the flame and add red chilli powder lastly...

Done to pour on rice for bunch of flavours...!🤞🏻
