πŸ’Ingredients: 
Marination~ (30min)
1) Chicken breast 1 
2) Olive oil 2tbsp
3) Lemon juice 2tbsp
4) thyme (herb) 1/2tbsp
5) ginger garlic paste 1/2tbsp
6) seasoning~ papper & salt
7)garlic clove 1chopped

8)bay leaf 1
9)White _wine 2Tbsp

πŸ’Method:

1)take a grill pan 
2)add 1/2tbsp olive oil ...add garlic and bay leaf
3)On high temperature, sear the marinated chicken breast on it. 
3) Cover it with lead for 3mins.
4) now flip it upside down.and sear again
5) then Add white _wine and cover the lead again for 3mins.
6) then open the lead and add 2tbsp of water and again cover for 3-4mins flipping it both sides.
7) check the chicken is cooked nicely or not with the help of fork or knife And it's done to serve hot..
