Hara bhara kabab~
Ingredients:
1) Palak (spinach)- 1bowl 
2) Oil-1tbsp
3) Green chillies-1 no. Chopped
4) Capsicum-1 no. chopped
5) Beans - 3/4 cup
6) Green peas- 3/4 cup
7) Potato -3/4 cup
8) Paneer-3/4cup 
9) Corriender leaves- 3tbsp
10) Corn flour- 1tbsp
11) Bread crumbs-2tbsp (in mixture)
                               -4-5tbsp(for coating)
Method:
1) Blanch spinach for 2mins. And put Blanched spinach into cold water.
2) Squeeze off water.keep aside.
3) Now, take pan Add oil, then add chopped green chilli, capsicum and saute well.
4) Now add, Beans & green peas and saute for 5 mins.
5) Blend all these veggies and palak in mixer or blender...!
6) Transfer the mixture into a another Bowl, & Add Boiled and Grated Potatos in it.
7) Make sure before grating  potatoes should be 60-70% cooked. So can they will get grated easily.
8) Then add crumbled paneer, Corriender leaves,Corn flour and Bread crumbs into bowl.
Mix well. 2tbsp
9) Make its tikki and coat with breadcrumbs and deep-fry it.
