Garlic Bread

#Ingredients:

1)Garlic powder 1tbsp
2)Instant yeast 1/2tbsp
3)Maida 200gm
4)Milk powder 50gm
5)Oragano 1tbsp
6)Chilli flakes 1tbsp
7)Butter 4tbsp
8)Fresh coriander leaves 9)chopped 2tbsp 
10)Salt to taste
11)Sugar 1tbsp


#Bread dough:

1)Take 100ml  lukewarm water 
Add milk powder .

2)Take Bowl transfer half of  warm milk poweder milk into it.

3)add sugar and yeast...keep aside by covering it for 10mins to activate yeast.

4)add maida and salt.. and rest of the milk.

5) make a soft dough. And kneed it for 6-7min. Until it converts smooth from sticky 

6)add 1tbsp butter to it..kneed again for 2-3 mins.


7)cover it by greesing oil in bowl to get rise double in size...keep at warm place for next 2hours..!

Garlic butter:
1) meanwhile take small bowl. Add melted butter garlic powder, oragano,chilli flakes, freshh corriender in it and mix it well.

2) keep it aside.

#Final step:

1)after 2hours. Take out dough by pinching it out extra air of it on smooth marble floor...

2)kneed it with soft hand, and make 6 equal portions

3)take one portion, roll it with soft hands in circular shape.

4)wash garlic butter in half side, (we can add cheese spread+ sweet corns which is totally optional)

5)flip it from half way. In semicircular shape.

6)cut them in sticks with the help of pizza cutter.

6)keep aside for 15-20mins, by covering it ,to get little more rise in bread.

7)now apply some garlic butter on top again.


8)bake it for 8-10mins on 180° preheated oven or  10-12min in homemade patila oven  on high flame...


9)off the flame, finish with butter again. Sprinkle some oragano and chilli flakes as per taste.

10)serve hot with cheesy dip or garlic Mayonnaise...
