Chicken Momos

Chicken momos:

Dough:

1)Maida-200gm
2)Cold water-1/4cup
3)Salt- as per taste

~Make a soft dough and keep it in the refrigerator for minimum 15mins.

Chicken stuffing:
 
1)Chicken mince- 300gm.
2)Onion chopped- 1/2cup.
3)Fresh Corriender chopped- 1/2cup.
4)Spring onions chopped- 1/4cup.
5)Salt- to taste.
6)Black paper powder-1tsp.
7)Garlic paste-1Tbsp.
8)Vinegar- 1Tbsp.
9)Soya sauce-1/2Tbsp.
10)Oil- 4Tbsp.

~give it a nice mix  and keep aside for few mins.


Procedure:
~fill the stuffing in rolled momo sheets and give it a  shape 
~steam it for 15mins..!
